About Me

I’m Graham, a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in investment banking. Throughout my career—despite long hours, frequent travel, and the demands of raising three kids—I’ve maintained a consistent commitment to health and fitness. Whether it’s training 3-5 times a week, sticking to my nutrition goals, or finding creative ways to prioritize my fitness, I’ve always found a way to make it work.

I’ve been that person getting funny looks for drinking protein shakes at my desk, ordering five eggs in the office canteen, or stashing lifting shoes under my desk for post-work gym sessions. I’ve tried bodybuilding, HIIT, CrossFit, and powerbuilding, embracing each approach along the way. And despite moving house eight times, getting married, and navigating the chaos of life, I’ve never let my training or diet take a backseat.

Over the years, I’ve worked with and learned from some of the brightest minds in my field, but I’ve yet to meet anyone in my profession who matches my consistency and commitment to health and fitness.

That’s why I created Absurd Fitness—a program built for people like me: busy professionals with demanding careers, family commitments, and little spare time. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle these responsibilities while striving to stay fit, but I also know it’s possible. As I enter my late 40s, I’m as strong, fit, and healthy as ever, and I want to share the habits, behaviors, and systems that have helped me achieve this.

At Absurd Fitness, I believe lasting change comes from creating sustainable habits—not crash diets or short-term transformations. With the right structure, plan, and support, you can improve your physique, boost your fitness levels, and become the best version of yourself—not just for a season, but for life.
